Terms and Conditions – CORE System Training & Coaching

Effective Date: 01.01.2025

Welcome to CORE System, operated by it’s legal body Infit Energy Ltd. (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By registering for our services, including individual coaching or training, or participating in the 6-Month Elite Sales Program, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Services Offered

We provide:

  • SCALE 1 Consulting Services for the SMB market in Europe or Players entering the European Market

  • Go to Market Modelling with AI driven technologies

  • Positioning, campaigning and business development

  • Alignment of Marketing and Sales into new PODs

  • COREX Framework as the most efficient Scrum for Sales methodology

  • A structured 6-Month Elite Sales Program for sales professionals and teams.

  • Individual coaching and training sessions, either one-on-one or in small groups.

All sessions are conducted online unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to register and participate in any CORE System training or coaching offer. By enrolling, you confirm that all information provided is true and complete.

3. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings are binding once confirmed.

  • Payment must be made in full prior to the start of the service unless a written agreement allows for installments.

  • For the 6-Month Elite Sales Program, a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your place for the next quarters’ masterclass (limited to 21 participants).

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Individual Coaching/Training: Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable and non-reschedulable.

  • Elite Sales Program: Due to the nature of the program, no refunds are provided after the program begins. In exceptional cases, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions or programs with prior notice and will provide alternatives where possible.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Attend sessions on time.

  • Communicate respectfully and honestly.

  • Take personal responsibility for your progress and results.

Our coaching and training services are designed to support your development, but your commitment and engagement are essential for success.

6. Confidentiality

All personal information and content shared during coaching or training sessions are treated as confidential and will not be shared without your written consent, unless legally required.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided, including course material, training content, frameworks, and models, are the intellectual property of CORE System / Infit Energy. You may not copy, share, or distribute materials without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee specific outcomes or financial results. You participate at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from the use of our services.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and apply from the date of publication.
